ROBBIE NICHOLS is Project Manager for The Nichols Partnership.

Robbie began his real estate career as a commercial tenant representation broker for Cresa in Denver, CO. At Cresa, Robbie specialized in business development and corporate real estate transactions within the Denver and Cherry Creek markets.

Robbie holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Indiana University. He is on the board of “THE HERD”, Denver Zoo’s young professionals organization.

As Project Manager, Robbie is involved in all aspects of managing the development process from land acquisition, construction and eventual sale of a project. He is currently involved in managing over 500,000 SF of active projects.
