The resort is the first phase of the master planned development, which will include 40 luxury Villas, 70 single family Vineyard Homes and a working winery.

The Villas, comprised of furnished two-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bath units, set amid a landscape of blooming olive trees and Italian Cypress, create fluid connectivity between interiors and exteriors and offer a fresh, modern Napa design. Materials and design details woven throughout the Villa interiors pay homage to the ranch, vineyards and Napa’s historic provenance as a tannery center, through the use of white oak planking on ceilings and floors, accent metal details and leather upholstery. Features include custom-designed kitchens, outdoor showers with garden, first-level entry courtyards, dramatic ceiling heights on the second floor and outdoor dining and BBQ areas. Villa homeowners will have access to the resort, the resort amenities, programs and experiences and will have the opportunity to participate in the resort’s rental program.

The Vineyard Homes are oriented around nine distinct enclaves each with a collection of private homes set amidst the vineyards. These expansive residences include three-to-six-bedroom floor plans offering approximately 5,800 SF to 8,900 SF of interior and exterior living space. Seamlessly integrated indoor and outdoor spaces are designed for multi-generational, year-round enjoyment. Modern and refined interiors feature natural materials inspired by the surrounding Napa landscape.
