Hill Hotel Boulder

The Hill Hotel is a 189-key hotel on an irreplaceable 1.5-acre site in the heart of the University Hill neighborhood of Boulder, Colorado. The location is one of the most visible in Boulder and is directly across from the University of Colorado campus. The hotel will include ground-level retail and amenities such as an expansive lobby/lounge, fitness center, meeting spaces, and an outdoor patio. Once completed, the hotel will be the anchor for the revitalization effort of the commercial zone on University Hill and is of utmost importance to re-invigorate the neighborhood.
