Cruise is located in the fashionable West City Park neighborhood in Denver and evolved from a run-down medical facility to a sleek, modern apartment complex. Nichols Partnership took the existing 41,000 SF, 4-story building and re-developed it from the ground floor up, resulting in a building offering 60 European-inspired apartments, LEED certification, and numerous sustainable features.
