BARB SMITH is the Office Manager for The Nichols Partnership.

Barb began her career in real estate in 1982 and worked for a variety of Denver metro real estate companies including The Sherman Agency and Glacier Park Company, the real estate arm of Burlington Northern Railroad. She has experience in property management, tenant relations, leasing, and office management. Barb joined The Nichols Partnership in 2005 and oversees the day-to-day operations of the office.

Barb holds a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Wyoming. She has lived in Denver for more than 30 years and considers herself a Denver native. She loves the outdoors, great food, wine and family!
