The Nichols Building is a vibrant, four-story, mixed-use building which paved the way for the re-development of Platte Street. The building showcases its raw steel structure with natural daylight, a central atrium staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, and premier views of downtown Denver from the fourth-floor community deck.
A healthy, innovative workplace is the basis of design. The bike barn, gym, in-house cafe, restaurant, and event spaces all aim to promote building community and collaboration. Brider, the neighborhood retail restaurant further activates Platte Street with sidewalk dining and serves as a hub for the professional community within.
The building's second front door, opposite Platte Street on the east side, touts an outdoor patio and greenspace overlooking the Platte River and Denver's skyline. A public-private partnership with the City of Denver gives way to the public pedestrian trail along the Platte River and promotes multi-modal building access.
