BRIAN LITKE is Development Finance Manager for The Nichols Partnership.

Brian’s previous experience was as the Director of Strategic Finance at Sunrun, the nation’s leading residential solar company headquartered in San Francisco, where he primarily focused on corporate financial planning and analysis. Before joining Sunrun, Brian worked in the Finance and Supply Chain organizations at Maxar, a large integrated aerospace company located in Palo Alto. He began his career at Deloitte in the San Francisco office as part of the Assurance practice where he earned his CPA.

Brian holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

As Development Finance Manager, Brian is responsible for the accounting and finance aspects of the Nichols Partnership and assists with the execution of new development projects.
