CHRISTOPHER CROSBY is Principal/COO of The Nichols Partnership.

Prior to joining The Nichols Partnership in 2001, Chris was Vice President of Atlanta-based Legacy Property Group, a leader in Atlanta urban in-fill development specializing in hotels, multifamily, retail, and adaptive re-use projects.  Since joining Nichols Partnership, Chris has managed a multitude of successful developments including Clayton Lane, Spire, Galvanize 1.0, Turntable Studios and Stanly Ranch.  Chris has directly participated in more than $1 billion of real estate development projects consisting of office, multi-family, hotel, retail, and entertainment/sport.

In 2018, Chris relocated to Napa, California to direct the development of Stanly Ranch Resort Napa, a luxury 5-star resort, winery, and residential community. Despite the many challenges that resulted from the pandemic, Chris succeeded in opening the resort hotel in 2022.

As COO, Chris works to implement the Nichols Partnership’s strategic goals and maintain the vision and direction of the company. Chris received his Master’s degree from The University of Georgia and his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.  He has served on various boards and committees for the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Cherry Creek Business District. Chris is a registered LEED® AP.
